Senior Special Assistant on Public Affairs to President Goodluck Jonathan, Dr. Doyin Okupe has created a victory harshtag for the president on its effort in successfully ridding parts of the northeast of Boko Haram.
Okupe expressed his elation over the victory on the insurgents on twitter today,
requesting that his followers retweet a newly created slogan #BokoHaramNeverAgain in order to support the military and keep the country flag flying.
It will be recalled that Nigeria’s military with the aid of a multinational force consisting troops from Chad, Niger and Cameroon has so far seized the northeastern border town of Baga from the insurgents.
Also, in recent days the military has announced the recapture of Monguno, Michika, after fierce ground battle and air strikes onslaught on Boko Haram.
