The Deputy Director Administration and Supply, Mr. Sam Anyanwu and the Deputy Director Marketing, Mr. Ayodeji Daramola said the award was a positive development for FRCN A representative of the University, Professor Hubert Rempers said, Mrs. Osokoya was deserving of the honour.
