Sad News- Late Fela Kuti’s Dancer Found Dead In Lagos

One of late Afrobeat icon, Fela Anikulapo-Kuti’s dancers, Dodo Mayana has passed away. Multiple reports have it that Dodo, as she is fondly called, was found dead at Grammar School bus stop, Omole Estate, Lagos.

According to Femi Kuti who broke the news on social media, the circumstances surrounding Dodo’s death is suspicious as she was found disposed of her personal belongings.

Femi tweeted; “Heard Dodo who sells outside the Shrine was killed by a hit and run car on her way home by grammar School opposite Omole estate. I’m so depressed”
